Q: Can I place sample order? What's the price of sample order?

A: Yes, you can buy the sample. The sample will be charged reasonably according to the negotiation between us.  

Q: How do you take care when your clients received defective products? 
A: If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.

A: Yes,our products and packing are neutral. We accept OEM design and we can make your logo on product and packing.

Q: Do you have products in stock? If not, what is your lead time?

A: Normally we don’t have stock products. We produce the goods after an order is placed. Usually lead time is 30work days, but it may be shorter or longer, depending on the products style and quantity you demand.
