Q1. Can I have a sample order?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2. What about the lead time?

A:Sample needs 5-10 days, mass production time needs 20-50 days base on a MOQ quantity. 

Q3. Do you have any MOQ quantity for mass order? And what about OEM order?

A: 500pcs for standard packing.
     MOQ 1000 for OEM order .

Q4. How to proceed an order?

A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
    Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
    Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
    Fourthly We arrange the production.

Q5. Is it OK to print my logo on vacuum sealer product?

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q6: Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A: Yes, we offer 1 years warranty to our products.

Q7: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

A: For the first cooperation, we will charge the cost for the sample, but we can return the sample cost when you place the order for the mass production. And sorry, we will not pay the cost of freight.

Q8: What is your terms of payment ?

A: T/T 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy B/L. Or we can further discuss it after our business.

Q9: How to deal with the faulty?

A:Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
    During the guarantee period, we will send new machine with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution.
