1. What is your MOQ?
A: For 1 size , 20FT container. For 2 or 3 size mixed, 40HQ container.
2. What is your production lead time?
A: For bulk packing, the production lead time is about 7 working days after receipt of payment; For OEM, it is around 15 working days.
3. What is your payment terms?
A: 30% deposit after confirmation and 70% balance before delivery, and we can accept 100% L/C also.
4. How about the absorption of your adult diaper?
A: It depends on the SAP grade and weight, normally from 450ml to 4500ml
5. Can the size of adult diaper be customized?
A: Yes, if your quantity is large, we can change the size as you want.
6. How about your SAP level?
A: SAP made in Japan, we also use SAP made in China or USA according to customer's requirements.
7. Can you provide OEM service?
A: Yes, OEM is available.
8. Can your company provide artwork design service?
A: Yes, we have professional designer, we provide artwork design free of charge,but you needs pay the molding and printing costs.
9. Can you send free samples?
A: Yes, free samples can be offered, you just need to pay the express fee. Or You can provide your account number from international express company, like DHL, UPS & FedEx , address & telephone number. Or you can call your courier to pick up at our office.
