Willing Cast Iron T-Slotted Bed Plates / Floor Plates are being used in various industries for varied application like mounting of large jobs while machining, used as precision base for Marking, Inspection, Assembly, Fabrication, checking accuracy of other surfaces and many other types of operations. Willing Bed Plates manufactured completely in house, with world class manufacturing facility equipped with CNC machines, starting from Design, Casting, Machining and till finish and packing to ensure product quality, with international standards like IS and DIN having Cored and ribbed construction, Cast Iron of grade starting from FG 200 (as per IS 210) OR GG-20 to FG-300 OR GG-30 (or higher) having hardness minimum 160 BHN.
Basic Features:
Profiles: Generally provided with T-slots sizes 14, 18, 22, 28, 36 or 42 mm conforming to IS:2013 / DIN 650 in tolerance from H12 to H7. Holes, square slots, guiding slots or other profiles on top as well as sides may be provided as per requirement of customers. Stress Relieving: Bed Plates shall be manufactured with castings duly stress relieved, after rough machining to prevent distortion. Height:Willing plates shall be manufactured in various heights 150, 175, 250, 300, 350, 400, 450, 500mm depending upon application and load carrying capacity Starting from 1 ton/m2 to 150 tons/m2. Flatness Accuracy: Grade I, II or III as per DIN-876 OR as per IS-10602. Surface Finish: CNC finish or Hand Scrapped finish can be provided as per requirement. Installation & Commissioning Accessories: Plates shall be provided with suitable Leveling & Anchoring accessories or Floor Stand as per requirement of customer

Installation and adjustment
When used surface plate ,you should first installation debugging,then you can use it . No significance work on surface plate if they aren't properly positioned .Surface plate should setup on level off, firm without shock place .please first put the pad iron down ,then put the surface plate on the pad iron ,removal the wooden case and oil . Measurement with the levelness of the surface plate ,when the surface plate isn't level ,please adjust the pad iron .( In the process of adjusting attention to safety)
Nocie for use
1: To the best uniform use of the flat plate throughout, to avoid local grinding concave. 2: Keep the plate clean, prevent be wroned by iron scrap, sand ... 3: Put down workpieces on the plate gently, prevent the flat surface be impacted, once the plate surface hit the workpiece or other objects,repair impact and the convex part immediately. 4: Do not do any hammer work on the surface plate . 5: After use, should be clean it. If long time no use should not be coated with anti rust oil to prevent corrosion.

- Malfunction occurs due to user error
- Malfunction occurs due to modifications
- Malfunction occurs due to further movement or shipment after installation
2.Commissioning:
1 technician for 7 working days from seller to buyer’s side for the instruction of installation and commissioning as well training. An English-Chinese interpreter will be send by seller in case of the buyer asks. All the expenses of them including local transportation, food, laundry and accommodation in buyer’s country and visa,international tickets will be on the buyer side. The hotel shall be equivalent or better than the level of a Chinese 3 star hotel. The buyer shall provide each person USD 100 per day as pocket money.
3.Payment terms
- 30% by TT in advance
- 70% is paid before the shipment by TT
4.Delivery time: 30 days after the down payment is received
