2. What certificate are your products passed?

-- All material is new, meet SGS, ROHS, etc.

3. What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?

--The material.

--The printing colors.

--The size of the products.(Length x Width x Height).

--If it is possible, please also provide with picture or design for checking, samples will be best for clarifying.

 4. When we create the artwork, what kind of format is available for printing?

--PDF, CDR, AI, PSD welcome.

 5. How many days will samples be finished? and how about the mass production?

--Generally, 4-7days for sample making.

--The delivery time of mass production will depend on quantity, production art, etc

For example, 2000pcs kids wallet  we need 15-20 days to make.

6. Is your product quality guaranteed?
--Our company has a complete product inspection system and we support third party inspections.
