Galvanized High Tensile Bolt Type G80 Alloy Steel Anchor Shackle

Introduction:

g80 alloy steel anchor shackle is closed die forged. Closed die forging produces consistent dimensions. A closed die forged bow allows for an increased cross section that, when coupled with quench and tempering, enhances strength and ductility. Close tolerance holes and concentric pins with good surface finishes are provided and are proven to provide improved fatigue life in actual use. shackles are fatigue rated as well as load rated. Close pin to hole tolerance has been proven to be critical for good fatigue life, particularly with screw pin shackles.

Dear customer, Yes, they are. The whole body were forged and quenched&tempered, and material is steel, alloy steel. Each parts were forged overall.

Dear customer, Yes, they are. Just thread the shackles pins, and make the wire rope or chains or other rigging hardware inside, then screw the pins and connected them well in correct lifting direction.
