Structure:
The cheese homogenization system is divided into main pot, oil pot, water pot, electrical control system, vacuum system and frame.
The main pot is composed of a homogeneous stirring pot, a homogenizing mechanism, a stirring mechanism and so on.

Principle:
First, the material is preheated and stirred in the water and oil pot, and then through the pipeline, cheese homogenization system can be directly inhaled in the homogeneous pot under the vacuum condition.
Materials in the homogeneous pot by stirring the pot on the Teflon scraper (scraper always meet the pot body, sweeping the wall sticky material), continue to produce a new interface, and then through the blender shear, compression, folding, So that it is stirred, mixed and down to the homogenizer below the pot body, and then through the high-speed rotation of the rotor and the stator produced between the strong shear, impact, turbulence and other processes in the shear material is cut , Quickly broken into 200nm ~ 2μm particles. Material particles, emulsification, mixing, mix thoroughly, dispersed, etc. can be completed in a short time. As the homogeneous pot is in a vacuum state, the bubbles generated during the mixing process are promptly removed. After the homogenization finish, the material inside could be discharged by titling the pot by handwheel aside.
Homogeneous pot heating temperature through the control panel temperature controller settings adjustment; homogeneous mixing and blade mixing can be used separately; Homogeneous mixing time can be set according to the different material property.

4. stirer:
Clockwise frame stirer (with PTFE scraping wall), reverse clockwise multi-layer impeller stirer, two-way stirring interference movement;
