(1)Before the order to be confirmed, we would check the material and color of hair,handle,ferrule, bag,etc. based on the signed and confirmed sample from client, which should be strictly same as mass production. 
(2) We will track the different status of production from the beginning to the end. 
(3) Every brush&bag quality are checked before packing. 
(4) We'll be also your serious QC. Before delivery, clients also arrange their own company QC or the third party or Insepction Company to check the quality.

2.What's your MOQ?

If the items have been in stock, we can sell it even 1pcs or 1 sets but if the items out of stock, the moq is based on the moq of the materials usually 1000-3000pcs for single brush and 100-500sets for the brush set.

4.Why the colors of retailed brushes don't seem exactly as the pictures show or description says?

Different monitor have different display. And every time, maybe the same color No. will have a little color different.

5.Why are my brushes shedding which we retail online?

 It's normal for the brushes to shed some hairs in the first few uses, especially large powder brushes. When you receive your brushes, we recommend carefully washing with shampoo and leaving the brushes to lie flat on an absorbent surface to dry. After washing and a few uses, they will stop shedding hairs and be perfect for precise makeup application.Please note; do not dry your brushes with a hair dryer, hand dryer or a radiator. This will cause the hairs to melt or Synge which will result in a short life line, distorted brushes and uneven make up application.
