500kg per hour scrap copper cable granulator machine wire recycling production line 

OTD500 copper wire crusher adopts advanced design, rational structure and reliable operation. The characteristics of the production line can not only deal with thick wires which the normal crusher can process, but also the very thin wire has good separation effect. This production line includes rough shredder, crusher, magnetic separator, fan conveyor, vibrating screen, pulse dust removing and electrical control system.

The waster cables or wires will become plastic pellets and copper particles after been crushed. The mixed will jump and move ahead like wave type on the vibrating screen mesh surface. With airflow function and screen box straight shock excitation, the sheath and core will be separated, and get copper particles, plastic pellets and mixture from different outlet areas. The steel will be suctioned by magnetic and dust goes to dust collector through air pipe.

Each action is controlled by the PLC program, started and stopped by one button. The operation interface video display the working condition of the important parts, and intelligent display the equipment failure. It is easy to operation and maintenance, the separation precision can reach 99,9% and the output capacity around 400 ~ 500kg/h.

1. The crusher structure is different with the domestic manufacturer, our upper box body is Arc-shaped which is more suitable for feeding, housing is separate, so it’s easy for blade maintenance;

2. The cutter adopts the special alloy steel from the material properties and heat treatment process is more suitable for cutting copper wire.

3. Vibration screen is customized, the domestic market are commonly used ordinary screen, there are two disadvantages, 1.fine wire will block screen, 2. During process, it will generate static electricity which will be sticky on mesh, it’s very difficult to clean, these two factors will seriously affect the separation effect.

4. Dust removal system is also different. Our equipment dust removal system can separate 90% or more of mica tape, PP film filling material and plastic.
