Rubber and Steel roll

This is a 2 roll machine which had a rubber roll and a steel roll.The rubber roll is lower and the steel roll is on the top .Automatic bending machine

The Rubber Roll 

The lower roll (rubber roll) can move up and down which driven by the hydraulic cylinder, and the displacement is automatically controlled by PLC

The upper and lower rollers are all active rollers with their own independent driving systems. The lower rollers (rubber rollers) are driven by the hydraulic motor through the reducer, and the upper rollers (steel rollers) are driven by the hydraulic motor. The winding stroke is controlled by PLC automatically.

The machine frame

The machine frame on the left is provided with a tipping body, which is driven by hydraulic pressure and can be turned over automatically to facilitate the discharge of the cylinder body..
