1.What is a rotomolded cooler box? how are they made ?

A roto-moulded cooler, or a rotationally moulded cooler, is an extremely durable cooler that is made to keep ice for a span of 5 to 7 days. They are mainly used for the outdoors when there is little to no source of electricity in order to keep your food from spoiling and your beverages chilled. Of course there are other uses for them as well such as fishing, hunting, tailgating, etc. These coolers can sustain the toughest conditions and abuse due to their design and construction.

The process is quite simple, yet complicated. To keep it simple, roto-moulding is a polyethylene plastic forming process which uses a mould that is placed on these rotating bi-axial arms. These bi-axial arms go into a high-temperature oven which melts the plastic evenly and forms a shape inside the mould. Once they are cooled, the plastic that formed is pulled out and taken to the next step which is the high-pressure polyurethane foam injection. This process gives roto-moulding an advantage over cheap coolers in that the walls and corners are twice as thick and practically impossible to break.

There is more to ice-retention than what any individual can and will say about it, therefore, our answer to you will be more scientific. There are many variables to how long our coolers will hold ice, for instance: the outside temperature, if the cooler is under a shade, what type of ice and how much ice you’re putting in your cooler, etc. The short and honest answer would be: 5-7 days.

3.Is your 45 quarts actually 45 quarts or smaller ?(Question apples for all sizes)

Yes, the 45 is actually a 45, 65 is 65, etc. We measure from the inside out, meaning that the capacity of our coolers are what they actually claim to be, not smaller.

4.What is your MOQ for coolers enquiry?

Usually our MOQ is a 20ft container. But the sample order is acceptable for quality inspection. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our cooler and know our service.

5.Could I get cooler sample?

Sure. We usually provide cooler sample.  We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our paypal, we will ship with our account. It takes about 2-4 days to reach.

6.How long is the sample lead time?

For cooler samples, it takes 2-3 working days to sent it out.

7.How long is the cooler production lead time?

It takes 30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

9. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?

We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, AI, cdr or PDF, etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.

10. How many colors are available?

We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need . We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.

11.Which kinds of certificate would you have?

SGS,CE and so on.

12.What is your payment term?
