1. Loading cart

Function: It is used to lift up and down, move forward and back to make it easy to load the coils on uncoiler. Hydraulic controls lifting, motor drives moving. The car is controlled on the auxiliary control panel. When the coil is on uncoiler, the car will return back to the start position. It can also carry back the unfinished coils from uncoiler.

2. Uncoiler

Function: to unwind the coil. Advantage: fast feeding speed, easy operation.

3. Pinching and leveling machine

Function: deliver the steel strip to next step.

Structure: 2 rollers pinching 5 rollers by oil cylinder compressor, up and down delivering.horizontal and vertical rolling.axle box departure up-and -down moving through transmitter driven by motor and reduction box.

4. Shearing and butt welder

Function: to shear and butt-weld the trailing end of a proceeding coil and the leading end of the next coil.

Structure: consist of hydraulic Shear, pre-after pinching roll, pre-after middle roll and welding equipment.

5. Spiral accumulator

Function: to store material for forming and sizing machine, and assure continuous production of forming and sizing machine.

Structure: consist of pinching device, strip disc, level roller, vertical roller, strip frame.

6. Forming and sizing machine

It adopts rollers forming and high frequency induction welding. Steel coils enter forming machine through feeding device. The forming roller is continuously rotating and squeezing steel strip into a certain shape. According to the skin effect and the proximity effect, high-frequency current concentrated on the welding seam, and the welding seam was quickly heated and reached the welding temperature.The seamed pipes welded well through the squeezing rollers, then through cooling, sizing and rough straightening, come into steel pipes(round pipes, square pipes and rectangle pipes). 

7. Computer control flying saw

Function: to cut the pipe in setup length during the high speed producing.

Structure: consist of mechanical bed system, gear transmission system, saw cutting system, driving system, and speed testing system.

8. Runway, material reverse, collector table, packing device

The run out table takes the cut tubs from the cut off section out of the line. The run out table will be driven type. Arrangement is provided for taking the tubes out of run out table on both sides so that in one side good tubes are taken out and on other side bad tubes are taken out. Fixed type run out table is provided as the forming is based on bottom line.
