The D/G series high efficiency air cooler is high efficient heat-exchanging device which uses new design, new material and new technology, having the advantage of light weight, long durability and high eficiency compared with products of the same kind. Imported production line is empolyed to manufacture wholly rippled fins of advanced design which can keep high heat-exchanging rate even during frosting. The coil unit which consists of heat-exchanging tubes and fins is fully hot-dip galvanized. It has the advantages of high heat exchanging efficiency, small hot resistance,good corrosion resisting property and quick defrosting. The fan selected is high efficiency, low noise outer rotor axial flow fan. It has the advanctages of big air flow, low power, and long delivering distance. Casing surface employs rust-proof stoving finish and plastic spraying techniques to achieve corrosion resistance, beautiful and clean appearance, and good removablity.

    Specific wholly rippled street fin, fin spacing 5,8,10,12,16mm Stell tubes φ20mm.Tube pattern60x52mm staggered.Hot-dip galvanized,and tested with gas pressure test of 2.4Mpa

Fan
    Blow-through type or draw-air-in type outer rotor axial fan Motor protection up to IP54,and can be run continuously from -50ºC to 100ºC.electrical supply:380V/50HZ/3φ. Electrical is determined against the axial fan model.
Casing
     Galvanized steelsheets used. Rational processing technology is used to secure high intensity bump proof casing.
    Good removablity with side plate, front plate and back plate.
    Surface steel sheets are painted with fine stoving finish or other finish..

Drip tray
    Wholly plastic spraying and rust-proof threated. Portable construction,good removability.drain pipes are joined by built-in threads.

     1. if specific application is required of the air cooler by customer,we can design different style and construction to meet it.
    2.it is suggested that frost build-up should not exceed 4 mm in thickness to ensure the heat transfer efficiency of the high-efficiency air cooler. Otherwise, excessive frost must be removed away

Q3.What is the Trade Term?

A3: We accept Ex-work factory , FOB Dalian, CNF or CIF, as your requirement. 

Q4.How long is our Production leading time?

A4: It depends on type of equipment.

For cold storage equipment, the lead time is 60-80days after receiving down payment or Letter of credit.

For Spiral Freezer, Tunnel Freezer, the lead time is 80-90days after receiving down payment or Letter of credit.

For flake ice making unit and plate freezer, the lead time is 45days after receiving down payment or letter of credit.

Q5.What is the Payment term?

A5: By 100% T/T before shipment or By L/C at sight.

Q6. During shipping, if there is a damage to products, how do you get replacement?

A6: Firstly, we should investigate the reason cause the damage. At the same time, we will claim for the insurance by ourselves or assist the buyer.

Secondly we will send the replacement to the buyer. The responsible person for above damage will take charge of the cost of the replacement.

Q7. What are your terms of packing?

A7: Packing: export worthy package suitable for container transportation.

Q8. Do you test all your goods before delivery?

A8: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.
