This high speed round stick making machine / round wooden rod making machine / round wooden bar making machine is our new developed round stick processing equipment, it is mainly used for processing long strip bamboo/wood square/round material into the round stick with required diameter.

This high speed round stick machine has the advantages as below:

1.Wide application,square and round material are both acceptable, instead of the rotary cutting type round stick machine which is only applied for square material.

2.Smooth surface of round stick after processed, the round stick after processed is similar to sanding effect, by adjusting the speed, saving sanding process.

3.High production rate, the highest feeding speed can reach 18m/min, it is 4 times than rotary cutting round stick machine, this machine also can customized to processing more round sticks at one time.

All the machines will first packed with film and then packed into high quality wooden case and well fixed.

Generally speaking, machines will be ready within 20 days after we recieved the deposit. FOB, CNF,CIF are all accepted.

Clients are welcome to our factory to learn the operation skills, we will afford the accommodation cost with our standard.
We have experienced engineer who has gone to many countries, so if needed, we aslo can send our engineer to client's place to provide traning service, and the client should bear all the cost of the training service.
