A heated roll laminator uses heated rollers to melt glue extruded onto lamination film. This film is in turn applied to a substrate such as paper or card using pressure rollers. The primary purpose of laminating with such a machine is to embellish or protect printed documents or images. Heated roll laminators can vary in size from office based pouch laminators to industrial sized machines. Such industrial machines are primarily used for high quantity/quality output by printers or print finishers.

1.As shown in picture , insert the core adapter onto the upper/lower film shaft.

2.As shown in picture , using the special tool, fix the core adapter on the film shaft with screw-driver.

3.Set the glossy side of the upper and lower film towards the heat rollers.

(Glossy side is PET film and matte side is thermal polymer laminating adhesive)

4.Center film as shown in step  3 and 4.

THREADING FILM

Fit the extended front table, open the safety

cover and then adjust the DECURLING BAR

to the lowest position

Adjust the PRESSURE LEVER to UP

Insert and push the leader board until board

reaches pull rollers

Adjust the position of the perforating blade on the

film (1-2mm)

Fix the position of round blade according to the

width of the documents

Please stick the excess film to the roller

Thread the film over the upper ldle Bar and

underneath the Safety Cover until the film rests on

the upper roller

Sticker the leader board to the upper roller and film

Fit the extended front table,Close the Safety Cover.

Adjust the Guide-document according to the width

of the document

Adjust the nip setting to "Laminating" mode
