1. In order to prevent the compressor from starting with pressure when the compressor is shut down due to power failure, the pressure switch power off handle should be pulled when the compressor starts again, the air in the pipeline is drained out, and the compressor is restarted.

 

2. The user must set up the compressor protection ground wire to ensure that all metal shells of the compressor are in good contact with the earth, and the grounding resistance should conform to the national standard.

 

3. The compressor should stop running immediately when it finds serious leakage, abnormal sound and bad smell, and then can run again after troubleshooting and returning to normal.

 

4. Air compressor is oil-free air compressor, friction parts are self-lubricating, so do not add lubricating oil.

 

5. Air compressors must be fixed to ventilated, stable and strong working faces, and shock absorbers must be available to reduce noise and vibration.

 

6. Filter media (foam sponge or felt) in the filter should be cleaned every three months, blowing off the dust on the medium, if necessary, wash with water, dry and reuse.

 

7. Compressor maintenance at least once a quarter, including thorough cleaning of the compressor external dust and dirt, check and fasten the compressor around the connection bolts, ground wires are in good condition, check electrical wiring for aging damage.
