1. Product Introduction

 

The new generation of reciprocating cryogenic liquid pump is elaborately designed and produced by our company, based on the latest technologies introduced from foreign countries. It is compatible for liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen and liquid argon fill-up systems. The function of this pump is filling the liquid gas to the steel cylinder from gas tank. The stability of the equipment in long-running is guaranteed by the simplified and optimized design and elaborate manufacture.

 

2.Performance and Features

The pump has new and optimized structure, high quality materials, elaborate manufacture, high stability, long working life, and is easy to use.

Drive system is of connecting rod level and crosshead structure and its working life is longer.

High pressure reciprocating cryogenic hydraulic pump adopts the high-vacuum cold end clamping pump head, with short pre-cooling time and little liquid loss.

Built-in filter which is practical and reliable

Piston ring and sealing ring are made of macro-molecular compound material of good anti-abrasion. It has long working life.

Convenient operation, Start-up time is only about five minutes.

The running of pump will not increases pressure in storage tank, but will reduce it after long time operation.

The pump is driven by large scale speed-adjustable motor, easy and convenient to use Low energy consumption and low noise.
