Stainless Steel Lacing Hook and Washer Set, 304 SS - Stainless steel lacing hook is used for fabrication of lacing insulation blankets or removable insulation covers with anchor assisting in fabrication of the blanket seam edge.

insulation anchors is made from the following parts ;Metal plates, Nail , Washer and cap 

Typical application is for the fabrication of lacing blankets or removable covers with the anchor assisting in fabricating the blanket plus providing a "seam edge" for lacing two sides of the finished insulation blanket together including various blanket materials. This type anchor is somewhat more economical than the standard Lacing anchor and also serves to eliminate weight in the overall removable cover or blanket.

1: prepare the insulation blanket or removable cover
2: press the lacing anchor through the insulation
3: press the self locking washer into the pin to fasten the insulation
4: bend over or clip off the pin
5:install the insulation blanket or removable cover
6: Lace the hook by lacing tie in order to fasten the insulation.
