A: We use UPS, DHL,TNT, EMS, FedEx etc to delivery our products. We will advise you the way of shipping, because we know which shipping company has much better customs clearance and best delivery times for your country.

A: Pls provide your requirements or application and send us order by E-mail with your detail information,then we will send you a PI to confirm .then, if all information is right and you can make 30% deposit payment.Finally, we will arrange order as soon as possible once received your payment !

Q7. How can I track my package?

A: After we send the products,we will send tracking number to you in 12-24hours. Then you can track your products on your local express website.

Q8. If product have problems, how should I do?

A: If the goods have some problems, please send a picture or video to our E-mail or Skype. We will check it and analyse the problem. We will teach you how to solve the problem. If it is our products’ problem and can’t solve, we will  replenishment  to you include freight cost.
