How to use collars?
* Place collar around pet's neck, adjust for fit, and buckle in place.
* The collar must be worn loosely to allow for growth of the pet and to permit the collar to move about the neck.
* Generally, a properly fitted collar is one that when fastened, will snugly slide over pet's head.
* Leave 2 or 3 inches for extra adjustment.
* Cut off and dispose of excess length.
* Under normal conditions, replace collar every 60 days
* Under conditions of severe infestation and where continued rapid function is desired, collar may be replaced more often.

Q: Can the Mould be changed? How long does
it take and how is the cost of Moulding.
A: The Mould is fixed, but we welcome OEM orders, tooling cost around $8000-$10,000 and about
45days for moding.
Q: Can you provide LOGO branding?
Labeling? Is there any MOQ for those requests?
A: Yes, LOGO Brading and Labeling are welcome.
Q: How can you guaranty your products? And what’s the procedure for handling those defected goods which are returned by the customer? Do you have a special policy for shipping cost of return?
A: We will do a 100% inspection before the shipment. If the defects exist, the customer can firstly take the shipping cost of return by Post Air Mail and send the sample of lot size by Express Courier for analysis. (Lot Size by Express courier)
If it approves 100% faulty without any artificial damage, we can replace the new one and undertake half of shipping freight within 12 months since the original purchase date. Freight of return will be on the customer’s account if the purchase time exceeds one year. If it shows the product is used in an incorrect way or damaged by people factor,we will not take the cost of freight but we can provide the maintenance for free.
