Product Description                                                                     Working principle:

The material is evenly spread on the mesh belt by the feeder, and the mesh belt adopts 12-60 mesh stainless steel screen. Move in the dryer by the drive. The drying machine is composed of several units, and each unit has its own hot air circulation. Part of the exhaust gas is discharged by a special dehumidifying fan. The exhaust gas is controlled by the regulating valve. The mesh belt moves slowly, and the operation speed can be adjusted freely according to the material temperature. The upper and lower circulation units can be flexibly equipped according to the user's needs, and the number of units can be selected according to the needs.

• Single-stage belt dryer: the dry material is distributed evenly to the belt by feeding device. Conveyor belt is usually made of perforated stainless steel sheet, driven by motor through gearbox, can speed. The dryer box is usually divided into several units for independent control of operating parameters and optimization of operation. There is an isolated section between the drying sections, where there is no drying medium cycle.


• Multi-stage belt dryer: multistage belt drying is composed of several single-stage belt dryers in series, and its operation principle is the same as single-stage belt dryer.


• Multi-layer belt dryer: the multi-layer belt dryer is often used in situations where the drying speed is low, the drying time is longer, and the operating conditions can be kept constant during the whole drying process. A partition is arranged between the layers to organize the directional flow of the drying medium, so that the material can be dried evenly. Multi-layer dry machine occupies less land, simple structure, widely used in dry grain materials. However, it is not suitable for dry and easy adherent conveyor belt and not allowed to break because of multiple loading and unloading in operation.


• Impact belt dryer: impact belt dryer for drying fabric, tobacco, substrate surface coating and other sheet materials. Impact belt usually consists of two conveyor belts. Impact belt can be separated into units for independent control. Dry medium humidification, part of the discharge, the other part returned to the fresh drying medium after circulation.

Applications:
It is suitable for the drying of flake, strip and granule materials with good air permeability. The series dryer has the advantages of fast drying speed, high evaporation intensity and good product quality. The paste material of dehydrated filter cake can be dried by granulation or bar.
