The machine is applied for pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff, magnetic matrial and powder industry, representing a new generation pulverizer which combine crushing with dust absorption and continuouly discharging. 

The machine is composed of crusher, cyclone separating device, pulse dust absortion box and blower, etc. The machine runs by relative movement of volitant disc and fixed disc to crushing the material. The crushed material is fed into cyclone separating device by rotating centrifugal effect and gravitation of blower and get out via discharger. The dust is fed into dust absorpsion box and recycled via filter, the fineness of powder can be regulated by changing the sieve. The whole machine is designed according to GMP standard, made of stainless steel, without any dust suffusing.

Working Principle:

The high speed relative motion between moving fluted disc make the material in chamber cutted, crushed, impacted under high strengh friction, then the fine powder come out through screening sieve.
