A: We are a factory with design, R&D, manufacturing, marketing and export together.


 We can support OEM customized service for customers.


Q2: Can i get the samples for free?


A: We can offer free samples for the new idea of regular customers. For new customer, we need sample charge, but we can return the charge once you place any orders. So, the samples are free basically.


 


Q3: What about the leading time?


A: Samples need 3~4 days, mass production time needs 25~30 days for order quantity more than.


 


Q4: Is it ok to print my logo on product or package?


A: Yes, please send your source file to me or offer picture of your logo before producing and designing firstly.


 


Q5: How to ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?


A: If sample, we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEX or TNT. It usually takes 7~10 days to arrive. If big order , it is shiped by sea.


 


Q6: What's your capacity?
