A:We are a factory with designing, manufacturing, marketing and exporting together,100 employees in the company.

We can support OEM customized service for customers.

2.Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: It depends on the quantity. Generally it is spend 20-25 days after receiving the deposit and all the details confirmed.Sample need 3-4 days.

3.Q: Where's your main market?

A: Our main market includes US, Canada,Australia and western Europe like France,UK,etc.We also exported to other countries through the world. 

4. Is it OK to print my logo on product or package?

A: Of course. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

5. What is your payment method?

A: In general,we accept 30% T/T deposit and balance payment before shipping.If you need other payment method. We also accept.

6. Can i get the sample for free?

A: We can offer free samples for the new idea of regular customers. For new customer, we need sample charge, but we can return the charge once you place any orders. So, the samples are free basically.

7.What's your capacity?

A: Our capacity can be 50,000 sets per month.

8. How to ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: If sample, we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEX or TNT. It usually takes 7~10 days to arrive. If big order , it is shipped by sea.
