BOPP labeling machineis widely suitable for different material of container and label. 1. The container is located by the plate of up pressure and down holding, the container can be accurately positioned in various locations.
2. Roller gluing, it is glued on the head and tail of the label which decrease the dosage of the glue and makes the glue marks in equality and nice appearance.
3. It is simple and quick to change configuration component different containers and labels.
4. The label station is one for usage one for storage.
5. Exposed surface is used anti-acid/alkali stainless steel wrapped, the unstainless steel material has been strictly dealt with. For example using oxidation, spraying plastic and painting technique, avoiding the pollution of corrosive, easy to clean and maintain.
6.The equipment operation panel of is adopted the LCD touching screen man-machine conversaton. The operation can know the equipments' all kinds of operation parameter at any time, such as speed, production capacity and the temperature of gluewater.
7. It is adopted automatic helicoid conveying bottle device which has large operation space. The container can complete the adjustment of multi gesture at one time. The device of adjusting brush plate is very simple.
8. Focused oil supplying system which is easy to observe and operate.
Equipment operation principle
This equipment adopts transporting device of fully automatic helicoid. The containers come to the machine entry by bottle conveyer chain; then come to bottle entry star wheel by separating screw distance. The containers clamped by the star wheel come to the cross of the circled plate, the device of up-pressing bottle and down-holding bottle matches the fixed container, moving on the helicoid plate to complete the labeling process. Then passing from the bottle exit star wheel, complete the whole process of container transportation.
Hot melt glue is conveyed to the glue roller by glue pump in the glue box, the glue will be scraped into a certain thickness film by glue scraper. When the label passing, the glue will attached on it.
The label will be transported to the label cutting roller from the label plate under the servo motor device.

Q1: which city are you in? how can I get to your factory? Are you a trading company or factory?
A1: We are in Zhangjiagang city, two hours driving from Shanghai. We are factory. Manufacturing mainly beverage filling and packagingmachines. We offer turnkey solutions with more than 10 years experience.
Q2: Why is your prices higher than others?
A2: We offer high-end machines in our business. Welcome to our factory to have a visit. And you will see the difference.
Q3: What is your delivery time?
A3: Normally 30-60 working days depends one machines, water machines are faster, carbonated drink machines are slower.
Q4: How to install my machines when it arrives? How much the cost?
A4: We will send our engineers to your factory to install the machines and train your staff how to operate the machines If needed. Or you can arrange engineers to study in our factory.
You are responsible for air tickets, accommodation and our engineer wage USD100/day/person.
Q5: How long time for installation?
A5: Subject to machines and the situation in your factory. If everything is ready, it will take about 10 days to 25 days.
Q6: How about the spare parts?
A6: We will send one year enough easy broken spare parts together with the machines for free, we suggest you buy more units to save international courier such as DHL, it is really costly.

A7: We have one year guarantee and life-long technical support. Our service also including machine maintence.
Q8: What is your payment term?
A8: 30%T/T in advance as down payment, rest should be paid before shipping. L/C is supported also.
