How to Use?

2. place a small drop of gel on each tooth impression of mouth Trays.
3. Place the mouth trays into your mouth,and using your fingers to pressure your lips to help your teeth are properly covered and fitted by the teeth impression.
4. Turn on the button of LED teeth whitening light , then hold the light as close to your teeth as possible for the duration of the whitening treatment.
5. After 20-45 minutes remove it and rinse in lukewarm water.
