It is a whole unit itself, which can be used as a single portable house, or combined laterally or stacked it to two or three floors. Expandable container house can be connected by bolts, with easy installation and fast transportation. Q: Are you a factory or trading Company?

A: We are manufacturer with 16 years experience in prefab house industry. Our office is located in Torch High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, Zhongshan City for sales and export, and our factory is in Sanjiao Town, Zhongshan city, Guangdong. You are welcome to visit our factory any time.

 

Q: How about your delivery time?

A: The delivery time for Prefab house K system need around 10-15 days; For special T house and Container house, it need around 25 days; For unique light steel villa, it need around 25-30 days.

 

Q: What’s the minimum order?

A: Prefab house: 100 m2, Container house: 3unites, Steel structure: 200 m2; Villa house: 100m2

 

Q: What’s your package?

A: They will be loaded into shipping containers in bulk with suitable safety package.

 

Q: How we assemble the house?

A: We will provide customers installation video or installation instruction. We also can arrange technicians to help customers if necessary.
