Double cone rotary vacuum dryer is a set of mixing and drying equipment.The vacuum drying device consists of pipeline centrifugal pump,condenser and vacuum pump.(If not need to recover the solvent, the condenser is not necessary)The machine is advanced in design, simple in structure, easy to clean, all the materials can be discharged, and the operation is simple and convenient.It can reduce labor intensity, improve the working environment.At the same time because the material rotates when the container rotates, but the material is not deposited at the wall, so the heat transfer coefficient is high,it not only saves energy, but also the drying material is in good quality.

Main Application

This machine is suitable for the mixing and drying of powder, crystal and granular materials in medicine, chemical industry, food, metallurgy, building materials and other industries.It can also be used to the concentration of the solution and the disinfection and sterilization of the materials.The machine can dry the materials of different humidity to the moisture content of less than 0.5%.The machine is especially suitable for the drying of material:heat sensitive material, easy oxidation, crystallization does not allow to destruct；solvent recovery material；strong stimulation of toxic materials.

Working Principle

The machine makes the material in a vacuum state.It achieves the purpose of drying through the drying jacket. the entire container rotates slowly in the process of drying,the material is keeped to move and to be dried.The vacuum pump will continue to suck the moisture, evaporation of the solvent can be recovered by condenser.
