Flexible Ceramic Pad Heater Heating Mat is a pad heater constructed of interlocking sintered alumina ceramic beads which insulate stranded nickel-chrome wire. This durable construction forms a flexible mat of considerable mechanical strength. 

 It has a wide use, heating speed, high heat utilization rate, convenient operation, etc. The highest surface temperature up to 1050 °C.Suitable for all kinds of metal components, such as large, high pressure vessel, bridge, tower in high pressure pipe welding preheating, eliminating stress after welding. Can also be used in chemical industry pipeline, auxiliary heating container, and any indoor or outdoor, is currently the most advanced and practical local heating equipment.

 Ceramic heater can be adapted, especially in chemical fiber, plastics, plastic machinery, electronics, medicine, food and a variety of heating pipeline voltage from 55V, 110V, 220V, 380V, maximum power  is  about 45W/m2, compared with the traditional electric heater energy consumption can be reduced by 30%.
