      our customers usually pay for the sample fee and we refund the fee after the bulk order.

A: Yes, custom logos and sizes are acceptable. Our R&D team will
     offer assistance if you need.


Q3. How do you assure the quality?
A:  Our QC department will inspect all goods strictly before shipment.

We offer a perfect after-sales service, our payments terms for regular clients is 10% deposit and 90% before shipping. For new clients is 30% deposit and 70% before shipping.  Also,we do free samples for our regular customers. And if your buyer not satisfy with the towel that there are some problems on it,you can send the new same towel to your buyer and we send you the new same towel in the order. So we got a lot of repeat orders from our customers!!  We will send you more 10 pieces towels if the order reaches 5000 pcs!!
