When we were in initial stage of designing this product we were determined to produce one type of plywood without having all typical Chinese plywood drawbacks : core gap & overlap, bad moisture content control (under natural drying condition), not big enough compression rate, not very smooth surface, not good flatness control etc. We also studied Russian birch plywood, Malaysia plywood and also Indonesia plywood and absorbed their advantages.

*Reuse times also depend on how carefully you treat panel and your tolerance level. Some end users can use our lowest grade recycled core Bienplex () 10 times (2 side) when they don’t mind the broken film and use oil to patch it.
