CR SPCC & DC01 Cold rolled steel plates

This type of steel is for either exposed or unexposed applications, which involve bending, forming, welding, or moderate drawing.

A cold rolled metal coil is manufactured by removing rust from a hot rolled coil, soaking it in acid, then washing and drying the sheet. The sheet then passes through a reducing mill under pressure.

Unlike hot rolled steel coil, it is a more finished product with a smoother surface. It also has greater strength and durability.

We carries cold rolled fully processed stock in thicknesses from 0.010 to 1.5 inch. Tempers from Dead soft drawing quality to full hard. All items can be edged, special gage controlled and traverse (oscillate) wound. Cut Lengths between 2 and 240 inches long and .375 to 8 inches wide with .010 length tolerance.Deburred, Square Edges available.

How long will the order to be shipped?

The mass order, which quantity is over 100tons will cost about 15 working days to be ready for shipping, once the deposit or L/C at sight is arrived at our bank account.

Can I have my coils be slited into my size?

Exactly, yes. we do this job and pack the small coils one by one and strap them together into one big coil. We also help cut plates by customer's size.

How about the HRC CRC ordering leadtime?

The present goods will cost 10 working days.

The future goods will cost 35 working days.
