Product Description
Raw Material:
Bentonite clay, is a kind of clay mineral with montmorillonite as main component,has property of good cohesiveness, expansibility, adsorption, plasticity, dispersion, lubricity, cation exchange.Its chemical composition is quite stable,so it is crowned as "universal stone". So after acid and activated, bentonite become activated bleaching clay. Our activated bleaching clay both has strong absorption and decoloring ability.

Activated Bleaching Earth 's Characters:

Activated Bleaching Earth 's Working way:
Emerge and separate some matters, such as pigment, colloid, impurity, dram heavy metal in lipid which can cause oxidant and activator toxic, bleaching earth can remove the impurity and decolor the dark color to clean. in all, it can make the crude or used oil to be clean color, and remove smell.

Activated Bleaching earth is used to refine and recycle and decolor oils:
A) Refining edible oils:
Soyabean oil, corn oil, palm oil, coconut oil, sunflower oil, peanut oil, cotton seed oil, olive oil, rice bran oil,castor oil, linseed oil,rapeseed oil.etc.
B) Refining Industrial oils:
Used lube oil, motor oil. engine oil,automative oil,paraffin wax, olefin,disel. etc.
C) Refining animal oils:
Fish oil, lard oil, tallow oil.etc

How to use activated bleaching earth:
1.according to the content of impurities and the thickness,add proper activated bleaching earth,general usage 5%-10% for oil heavy.
2.gasoline and diesel generally don't need to heat,but sticky oil need to be heated,such as Vaseline,engine oil,open fire and steam is available.Generally heating to 105℃-110℃,reaction kettle in iron and add white earth in advance,can prevent oxidation of oil or composite.
Method Of Use:
Firstly,take 100 ML oil,weighing about 15kg activated clay,adding slowly by spoon and stirring,fully precipitation,until reaching for treatment of oil requirements,finally draw activated clay dosage.And then put into production,right amount of white earth into large container,and then press the front of the proportion of the oil that include uniform mixing(when necessary add heatingkettle,heat diluted in about 30 minutes or so),wait for after cooling precipitation,filter press with pressure filter.

1.What is Activited bleaching earth?
Activited bleaching earth is also called activited clay,activited fuller earth.They mainly take bentonite as raw material,after acidification,watered and fried,it become gray white powder or granular which is odorless,tasteless,non-toxic.And with strong adsorption,it can absorb heavy metal and impurity.Then the black or crude oil will become clear.
2.Do you test all your goods before delivery?
Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.
3.How can I pay for you? MOQ?
After you confirm our PI, we will request you to pay. T/T or L/C is the most usual ways. One container-23MT could be accepted.
4.How long will be the products be sent after the payment?
In general, the bleaching earth products will be sent within 20-25 days. Large quantity should be confirmed in advance.
5.If I do not know the specific requirements,how to choose?
