Answer: Yes, we accept sample for trial order.

2.       How long for delivery time?

Answer: For sample order, normally delivery time is 50days. If we have stock for models that you need, delivery time will be quicker. For formal order, it’s 50days after receipt of advance payment.

3.       Which colors will be available?

Answer: Normally, we will introduce the most popular colors to customers. In the meanwhile, we are able to make colors as per requirements of customers.

4.       Can I use my logo(sticker) on the electric bike?

Answer: Yes, we can make customer’s logo(sticker) on the electric bike for more than 100pcs..

5.       How to delivery to foreign buyer?

Answer: For sample order, the customer can select by sea or by air.  For formal order, by sea is the best choice.

6.       What’s the payment terms?

Answer: Normally we use TT, L/C. It depends.

7.       Need I assemble parts of the electric bike when we get them?

Answer: Yes, we will take out few parts, like pedals, saddles, seat posts ,mirrors(if have), front wheel(if needed), front fender, and rear trunk(if have) before package. Our workers will put these parts in electric bike cartons. It’s easy to make it.

8.       Can I mix different models in one full container order?

Answer: Yes, we accept different models in one full container.

9.       Need I buy spare parts for first order?

Answer: Yes, you need to buy some spare parts for future service. The quantity depends on your electric bike order. We can give you advice when you need.
