3. Q: How about sample service A: Samples are available. It takes about days for sampling. And in most case, samples are free of charge, but transportation cost is covered by Buyer.
4.Q: What is the lead time? A: It depends on the order quantity, The lead time of MOQ 500 is about 15-20 days.
5.Q: How to ensure production quality? A: First, our QC have an inspection for the semi-manufactures and finished products. Inspection report, product photo, and even pre-shipment samples can be offered. Second, you can employ the third party inspection organization to check the goods.
6.Q: Could you offer test certificates? A: Some items have an existing test certificate we can offer. For other items, we can provide free samples for customer themselves do the test upon official order.
