About us
T-Star Tin Can Co., Ltd is a 10 years old professional tin box manufacturer located in China manufacturing center, Fenggang of Dongguan city. As a morden metal packaging enterprise, T-Star possesses a main workshop and a branch covering 15,000 square meters. It has its own Mold Dept. as well as several product lines, with an annual production capacity of more than 30 million tin cans.
Currently, some mechanical hands made by ourselves has been put into use. Additionally, a 30000 square meters modern factory, which is referring to the industrial international standard, is being built currently, and will be put into use by the end of 2018 as plan.

We have a dust-free plant, and also a whole buliding with many duty free packaging lines (in our own industrial park) is under construction.
Packing Details : each in a Poly Bag, then master cartons, or as customer's request
Delivery Details : 30~40 days after sample confirmed and 30% deposit arrives

Q: What's the advantage of your Tin Box?
A: 1. Material: high quality grade A tinplate, eco-friendly, suitable for packaging
2. Printing: Full color Printing (CMYK) or plain (PMS), as you wish
3. Invisible curls for both lid and bottom
4. Embossing and/or debossing available upon your design
5. Silver or golden varnish, shinny or matt finish; all available as your request
6. Packaging: 1pc/polybag individually, and then Master Carton.
7. Payment Terms: 30% T/T in advance, balance upon shipment.
8. Certificate: SGS, LFGB, DGCCRF, ISO9001 and Sedex audit passed.
Q: What is the MOQ for a tin order?
A: Due to mass printing and production set up, minimum order quantity is roughly 3,000 - 5,000 pcs for large size and 10,000 pcs for small size of tins.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q: What artwork file formats are acceptable?
A: Artwork designed using most popular software is acceptable. CorelDraw and Adobe Illustrator preferred. Freehand, Photoshop, etc. are also welcome. Please save your files on a CD and submit it to us by courier service. Freight prepaid
