Description

  INTRODUCTION  

 

Remove the air (oxygen) in the liquid, inhibit the oxidation of Browning, pigments, vitamins, aroma components and other substances, and prevent the quality degradation; Remove suspended particulates gas attached to the feed liquid, inhibit the floating of the particles and maintain a good appearance; To prevent bubbling during canning and high-temperature sterilization; Reduce corrosion on the inner wall of the container

 

Equipment features:

1. The vacuum degree is adjustable, and the vacuum breaker device is designed exclusively

2. The diagonal feed forms a vortex, with the maximum degassing effect

3. Oblique Angle discharge to prevent discharge instability in vacuum state

4. As the oxygen in the water is removed, the aerobic corrosion of the system will be reduced and the service time of the equipment will be extended.

5. As the gas in the water is removed, there will be no gas bubbles on the surface of the heat exchanger, which improves the heating efficiency.

6. The working time and cycle of the degassing machine can be adjusted as required.
