All drivers of our lights we use are TUV/SAA/CE/RoHS approved. Furthmore, since ETL/cETL Certification is necessary for North America markets, we already get ETL/cETL Certificate for 3 Main Collections of LED Pendant Lights. After July 2018, all of our LED Pendant Lights will have ETL/cETL Certificate for whole fixture. It's very helpful for our clients to expand their North America markets.

1. SUPPLIER warrants that all the goods under the sales contracts are new and unused, shall have no obvious defect arising from design, materials or workmanship which may develop under normal use.
2. This warranty shall remain valid for 36 (thirty six)months from the date of Acceptance or 36 (thirty six) months from the date of Bill of Lading of last shipment of products, whichever comes first shall be deemed as the warranty due time.
3. Warranty operation is as follow:
3.1 Buyer shall promptly notify the supplier through fax /telex or registered mail of any claims arising under this warranty.
3.2 Buyer shall also send a written report including description of failure situation and quantity of damaged/broken/ defective products in list.
3.3 Upon receipt of such notice, supplier shall check with the engineers with all reasonable speed, to reply buyer that the possible reason of failure and relatively feasible solution
3.4 According to the reason, newest relace parts will send to buyer or in case of next order will be deducted from Commercial Invoice.
