THJ Series drum tumbler mixer

THJ series barrel type mixer consists of motor, cycloid reducer, base, mixing hoop and mixing barrel.The motor is directly mounted on the shaft end cap of the cycloid reducer, the output shaft of the reducer is transmitted to the driving shaft of the base through a disturbance coupling,the nylon guide wheel on the driving shaft is driven by the friction force, and the mixing hoop is driven to do 360°rotary motion. Material does translation, shear, diffusion and other movement with the rotation of the barrel and can achieve full mixing in a short period of time.
