XL-ZH-1200 type3D wire mesh panel machine is made of 11 parts, they are:wire feeding wheel, inserting point A, inserting point B, upper spot welder 1, upper spot welder 2 ,lower spot welder 1, lower spot welder 2,chain transmission system, electric control system, pneumatic control system, and grid frame.
Electric control system adopts PLC to realize central control,each part is driven bystep motor. When it begins working, workers put the EPS board and wire mesh in order in the grid frame on chain. Then workers start the machine. After that, the chain will step onautomatically; the Photoelectric Switch detectsthe position of the grid frame. While the grid framegets to the required position, the inserting board will insert slantwise. Then the machine will successively insert, fasten and weld,cut,reset and step on to complete a cycle, then repeats. The upper spot welders are also detected the position where they drop lower to weld by the Photoelectric Switch.
Each control unit works individually and completesthe process according to planned program, and realizes the continuous production together.
This complete 3D panel production line includes: 3D Panel Machine, Wire Mesh Welding Machine, Winding Machine, and MeshRepairing Machine, which are manufactured by us.
