Structures of hot air circulation drying oven:

About the hot air circulation system:
Hot air circulation system mainly includes cyclone separator, blower, air filter and heater. The hot air from the dryer is removed by a cyclone separator and then returned to the blower, then filtered and heated into the dryer. During the circulation, the temperature of the root air releases part of the circulating air continuously. The feature of the dryer is that the slice is made into a piston comb ball in the ten dryers, which basically ensures that the slice has the same small residence time in the drying process, and the drying quality is good. Moreover, the dried slices can be connected into the screw extruder hopper continuously for spinning to avoid the moisture return of the dry chips. And the dryer itself structure is relatively simple.

2. If there is over-size drying machine, we will choose the flat rack container to shipping.
3. The contract takes effect after receiving 30% advance payment. Delivery within 10 days after receiving the payment, the payment shall be at least 60% of the total value of the product.
