Shipment: Shipments for light parts are via DHL, TNT, UPS, or FedEx etc, heavy weight and large size parts via Seaa or ccording your requirements.

a) Before we do a business deal with our clients, we can reply our clients’ inquiry within 24 hours. We can quote for your parts from existing samples or from a blueprint or 3D drawing artwork within 2 days. If you do not have an existing drawing, please send your part pictures and tell us your parts dimension and material, then we can provide a 2D & 3D drawing for modifying and quote for you.
b) After confirming an order, we will keep contacting with our customers every other day to confirm the process, send material report and products pictures to our customers at the production process. We will do our best to meet our customers’ expectations and budget.

A: To make a good quotation should be sure by the following things:
1. Existing samples or products drawings or 3D model data files.
2. The quantity of products you are going to make.
Q: How much time do you need to quote?
A: Usually a quotation for a product is sent in 2 days after we receive inquiry with all the necessary details.
Q: Is it possible without a visit in your company to know whether my products is being built on schedule?
A: On clients' requests we are giving a detailed products building schedule and send weekly reports. The report may have digital pictures that show the progress of work.
