1. Can I get any samples ? Do you pay for the postage ?
We can offer free samples A4 size or less than 1 meter , if you need more than 1 meter , you may need pay for it . Normally you need pay for the postage, if you pay the postage, we can consider give you more free samples .
2. What is your MOQ ? Can we get small quantity order ?
Different fabrics have different MOQ , and usually our MOQ is 1000 m per color . We accept small quantity orders as 10m 50m 100m 500m etc , but you need pay additional charge .
3. How to start order ?
You need offer us your requirements of the fabrics you need , such as composition, yarn count, width, design, finishing , usage and so on . Then we offer you reasonable price and send you match samples . When you confirmed the samples and price , you can order online or offline .
4. What is your payment items ?
At sight , we take in L/C ,T/T.
5. Can you make our own designs ?
We develop many new fabrics every year by ourselves or according your design, so we are glad to make your own designs .
6. How about your delivery time ?
In general, it need 30 days after deposit, if your fabrics need more finishing or large quantity, it would be more days, but before your order, we will tell you the exact time .
