  Raw materials: fresh fruit(pineapple, mango, guayaba, papaya,tomato) but also can be shared with apricot  and chili  

 The final product: paste, sauce, and fruits jam
 Packing: bags, PET bottle, glass bottle,jar.etc

 Fresh tomato treatment: 0.5-500 tons/hour of fresh fruits(per customer requirement)
 Tomato paste output: 0.1-100 tons/hour(depends on fruit type, brix,etc.)

 1)  The machine has compact structure, complete control system, easy operation and high degree automation.

 2)  To change bottle shape, its only need replace star-wheel, inlet bottle screw and arc guide plate.

 3)  It applies high speed filling valve, the liquid has precise level and no waste. That guarantees the demand of filling technology.

 4)  The capping head applies constant magnetic torque device to secure capping quality and wont damage bottle cap.

 5)  The machine applies high effect cap arranging system that has complete self control and protective device.

 6)  The machine is equipped with complete overload protection device that can secure equipment and operator effectively. 

 7)  The control system has the function of control producing speed, cap shortage detection, bottle block auto stop and production counting etc.
