Q1: How can we get actual samples?

A: Please let us know which models you want and your express account(like DHL,FEDEX,UPS,TNT etc)then we EXPRESS the samples to you with freight collect.Or you prepay the freight together with sample fee then we arrange shipment via ALIBABA,which provides a favorable logistics.

Q2:If we pay for too many samples and select only few that we like, what do we do with the remaining samples?

A:Just put them away and bring them back to our shop when you come to China.You are free to ask for a refund or exchange other hot selling samples at same price.Please no worry that we don't want to see your money stuck up in samples and we believe your business would be always going very well.

Q3:Are you trading company or manufacturer?

A:We are manufacturer and own two factories in Danyang city of Jiangsu province, which is near Shanghai and Wenzhou.We also have three wholesale shops and offices in Yuexiu district of Guangzhou.

Q4:How many workers in your factory?

A:There are 29 supervisors and 176 workers in total.

Q5:If we want to visit your factory,how to come to your factory?

A:We would be glad to show you around our factory. You can arrive at Shanghai airport first,then we arrange to pick you up and take you to our factory by railway(about 100minutes' train).Danyang is the biggest optical manufacture center in China and 90% of the world's lens are produced there. If you couldn't find favourite in our factory,we can recommend you other factories to help you source.It's no problem because we treat every customer as our good friend.

Q6:What about the payment terms?

A:For SAMPLES,100% paid off before shipment;For BULK ORDER,30% deposit first,then we send bulk sample in each color for approval, 70% balance paid off before the whole bulk shipment.You can pay by bank transfer,T/T,western union payment,escrow or in cash.

Q7:What about MOQ and lead time?

A:For ready stock, MOQ is 12pcs(mixed styles mixed colors wholesale) and it takes 2-5 days; For customized order of our models, MOQ is 100-300pcs/color and takes 15-45 days. For OEM order, that depends on your model. Different models have different MOQ, from 600~1000pcs per color. Usually it takes 2-3 months.


Q8:What is the shipping conditions for order?

A:For small wholesale order,please provide your express(like DHL,FEDEX,UPS,TNT etc) account then we arrange to EXPRESS with freight collect;Or you prepay the freight together with sample fee to us then we arrange to EXPRESS.For big order,we accept FOB GZ terms and can ship by sea or by air via your nominated forwarder or our forwarder.

Q9:Can you print our logo on the glasses?

A:No problem. Our logo can also change to be your brand.

Q10:Can you make frames according to our sample?

A:Yes but in this case we will need your actual sample.Then it usually takes us 3-4 months to look for materials.More details about this question please contact us.

Q11:What if we find shortage after we receive and check the order?

A:Actually we take three inventories to guarantee the complete quantity.The first inventory is taken by factory clerk ,the second is by warehouse clerk and the last by office clerk.Basically shortage couldn't happen.Please trust us that we are honest and careful supplier and so sincere to establish a long-term business with you.

Q12:What if we find some quality problem after we receive and check the order?

A:After you pay 30% deposit,we'll send bulk sample for your approval;Then we inspect the goods according to the approved sample and make sure that they are in good quality.We have been in this line for more than 20 years and got a very mature manufacture experience.Actually many our regular customers even no need to see any sample for approval.Please don't worry about this.If there are any in bad quality,you could bring back to our shop to ask for a refund or exchange other hot sell samples at same price.
