2. What surface finish are available to the concrete?  

Yes! We offer various kinds of surface handling method: no paint or bare concrete ,paint,marble look,frosted.

3. Can we get your samples?

Yes! Samples can be arranged for those available products. The Delivery Fee will be on buyer’s account.

4. What is the normal lead time?

The delivery time is 35-45workdays after down payment and samples approval. Artwork and mould making is not included.

5. What is your payment term?

A. T/T, L/C,Paypal ect

B. For bulk production:

Option A:30% pay in advance, 70% before shipping

Option B:50% pay in advance,the balance before shipping when the order amount is less than USD3000.

7. What is your shipping way? 

We will help you to choose the best shipping way according to your detail requirements. By sea, by air or by express, etc.

8. How do you control the quality?

We will make samples before bulk production, and after sample approved,we will begin bulk production. Doing 100% inspection during production and random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.
