Paper slitter rewinder machine is mainly use for slitting production aluminum laminated paper, metalized paper and paperboard, that is the necessary equipment of Paper packaging company.

1) Whole machine system adopts SIMENS PLC Controller and HMI interface achieved full automatic control that guaranteed machine running in high speed with stable performance. 

2) Unwind part adopts motor drive unwind with full automatic tension control. Air-shaft loading material and hydraulic arm lifting. Web guiding system adopt MITSUHASHI LPC. It is equipped with manual paper splicing platform that is convenient to change roll and splicing paper. 

3) Speed synchronization of Traction and Rewind system and Tension system adopt YASKAWA AC Frequency Vector control system that achieving international advanced level. 

4) Slitting Part adopt domestic famous brand circular disc

5) Rewind part is dual shaft rewinding with AC Frequency Motor, AC Frequency closed-loop Vector system control with function like as Speed synchronization, tension, taper control.
