Usage of machine:

Using wooden / bakelite template and bandknife to cut foam sheet and get a foam shape with thinner edge or cookies (depends on the shape of template). Such foam inserts cut by this machine will be inserted into foam bra cups to make second molding for achieving push-up foam pads or foam cups.

 

Process: Place material over the template and press and push it for cutting by hand.

  

Features:

(1) Replacing different matched moulds to produce different patents. It also used for slicing or peeling the molded foam cups which need secondary-processing.

 

(2) Supporting the handlebar to fix the moulds during the operation, so as to work back and forth along with the track, easily, safely and quickly.

 

(3) The tension of its saw bands can be adjusted as per actual demand. And it is easy to install and replace.

 

(4) The saw bands' cutting edge can be restored automatically, which guarantees the saw belt's cutting edge to last sharp and the products' quality.
