Product Description
Portable dredger is widely used for sand dredging, mud dredging, port building and deepening, the portable dredger can produce certain amount of vacuum, the sand and mud is conveying and discharging by pipeline and floater.
Portable dredger made by OCEAN Pump can be self-propelled or non self-propelled. The hull can be dismantle and box-like structure. The dismantle type can be assembly at working place easily and be transported by road, railway and container accordingly. The portable dredger is very convenient to install and move in the working place. The power system of portable dredger can be electric system or diesel engine driving system according to customers’ requirements.The working process of this portable dredger is as followed. The high pressure sand pump can produce certain amount of vacuum so the underwater sand and mud can be mixed into slurry, the mixing slurry is conveyed through the pipeline to the specified place.

1.Portable Dredger Equipment Hull
The portable dredger hull is made of 6mm steel plate, with a steel frame with 4 layer anti-corrosion paint. The portable dredger hull is dismantled, With 1 pcs central pontoon and 2 pcs side pontoons. Supply the platform for the sand pump set and water pump set.
2.Portable dredger pump set
10 inch sand pump driven by the 132Kw diesel engine connection via pulley belt with power take off.
3.Water pump set
with high pressure to jet the sand up and down, with 8 inch sand pump driven by the 56Kw diesel engine connection via pulley belt with power take off.
4.Lifting system
The manual winch is driven by the diesel engine, with steel wire for lift the sand suction head up and down to adjust the dredging depth.
5.Sand suction head
Sand suction head is consisted of sand suction hose, water suction hose and steel pipe with the grid, to protect the big sand or water grass enter and protect the pump.
6.Discharge pipeline
Made of high quality wear resistant material pipe, Each pipe with double flanges, rubber seal and bolts and screw, easy connection.
With 20 working days, we finished portable dredger production and made the whole test for the pump, engine, winch running well and made anti-corrosion treatment for the portable dredger hull and the flanges connection.
And because he was newer for dredging business, We trained him how to use the portable dredger in our workshop for two days and how to install, how to use and how to maintenance the simple sand dredger. The customer was satisfied with our products and service.
After 50 days after loading the container, the portable dredger had arrived at customer working site, His engineer can make the installation with our manual. Now the portable dredger is working very well for high capacity sand output.
