1.Can i have a sample order? Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check the quanlity, If samples we have in stock would be provided free for testing, you just need pay the ship cost.
If samples are needed to customize with your logo and designs, please send us designs and advise chip, quantity, and any other details required. Thank you.
2.How can I place an order? Please provide the details of your requirements as clear as possible. So we can send you the offer at the first time. For designing or further discussion, it is better to contact us with trade manager of Alibaba, Skype, E-mail or other instance ways, in case of any delays
3.When can I get the price? Usually we quote our best price within 12 hours after we get your inquire.
4. How long can I expect to get the samples? After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready in 4-5 working days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrival in 3-5 days.
5. Can I order with my logo printing, size and shape? Yes, of course it can. We do OEM. And the original artwork prefer in Abode Illustrator, PDF,AI, CDR9 or CDRX4. In PSD is ok, DPI should over 300, and we also can design for you by free.
6. What about the lead time for mass production? it depends on the quantity. Generally 5-7 days for quantity at 5,000pcs, 7-10 days for about 10,000~100,000pc
7. What is your terms of delivery? We accept EXW, FOB, CNF, etc.
